We have not observed any failed label generations since 11:25. As a result, we are marking this issue as resolved.
Monitoring
Webshipper has confirmed that label generation is now working successfully. We will continue to monitor the situation closely.
All labels that previously failed during this period have now been successfully re-generated and delivered to the affected customers.
Identified
Webshipper reports that the fix unfortunately did not resolve the problem. They are now investigating the root cause and will address it. Once resolved, all labels requested through Returnflows will be automatically retried.

Webshipper has confirmed that the fix has now been deployed. The update should be fully operational within the next 10 minutes.

We are currently experiencing elevated error rates in generation of Postnord Labels. We have informed Webshipper and we're actively investigating and monitoring the issue. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
