All labels have been retried and resent to customers. We are now seeing normal error rates on GLS.
Monitoring
Most labels are already passing. We will continue to monitor, and any failed labels will be automatically retried - customers will be notified once their label is ready.
Investigating
We are currently experiencing elevated error rates in generation of GLS Labels. We have informed GLS and we're actively investigating and monitoring the issue. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
GLS has confirmed that its a issue with their Label Booking API.
