SmartPack’s integration with Shopify currently has a bug in production affecting exchanges in the following scenarios:
Exchanges that are edited where the return contains an exchange both before and after edit
Exchanges that are cancelled and then recreated
As a result, the exchange product(s) may incorrectly be marked as shipped and fulfilled in SmartPack, even though the items were never picked or packed.
As a temporary workaround, we recommend adding the exchange product(s) directly to the order in SmartPack once the exchange is ready for shipment
